Send a "Letter of Intent" on your church/organization letterhead.  This letter must have your church/organization logo and may be sent by U.S.P.S., by facsimile to 219.887.6216, or by electronic mail to engagements@gcctouch.org.  The letter must include the following information:

• Information about the event/meeting
• Information about your church/organization
• The age and cultural background of the audience
• The number of people expected to attend
• Your purpose for inviting Pastors Charles and/or Sandra Jones the exact date(s) and time(s) for which you are requesting the Man/Woman of God to speak.
